Respirator U2K: Protection for Your Respiratory Organs

The U2K respirator is a protective half mask belonging to the group of anti-dust respirators. This personal protective equipment is designed to protect the respiratory organs from coarse-dispersed dust generated during abrasive processing, cutting, welding, milling, as well as from coal dust, fiberglass, mineral fibers, powdered agrochemicals, and grain dust. The respirator is equipped with one exhalation valve and two inhalation valves, preventing moisture buildup under the mask, which can disrupt normal breathing. This protective equipment is not intended for use in the presence of toxic gases and vapors and is recommended for use in dry air. Contact with moisture on the mask surface is not recommended.

The filtering half mask is used when working with agrochemicals and fertilizers, gas and electric welding, in the production of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, in glass and mineral fiber processing, in interaction with dusts and powders, protecting against industrial and domestic contaminants such as:

• mineral dust: coal, grinding, cement, glass, lime, SRD dust and fertilizers.
• metal dust: iron, cast iron, steel, copper, lead.
• plant dust: wood, cotton, wood, tobacco, flour, sugar.
• animal dust: wool, horn, bone, leather, feather.
