Disposable Tile Leveling System

Disposable SVP (tile leveling system) — is a set of clips and wedges that pulls adjacent tiles into one plane and maintains the required joint until the adhesive fully sets. SVP eliminates «lippage», speeds up installation, and improves the quality of the result even with large-format tiles.

How to choose the clip size

• Joint thickness. 1–1.5 mm — for a minimal joint and porcelain.

• Tile size and thickness. The larger and heavier the format, the more important high-quality clips and sturdy wedges are.

• Substrate condition. SVP compensates for minor irregularities but does not replace proper substrate preparation.

Approximate consumption

On average, 18–25 clips per 1 m² for 60×60 cm tiles. For larger formats, diagonal layouts, or uneven substrates, consumption increases — allow a 10–15% reserve.

Instructions for use

1. Apply the adhesive and lay the first tile.

2. Slide the clips under the edge (usually 2 pcs per side).

3. Set the adjacent tile, insert the wedge into the clip, and tighten.

4. After the adhesive has dried, knock off the protruding part of the clip with a blow parallel to the joint; remove the wedge.

5. Fill the joints with grout.
